Description:
The contract involves disassembling an existing CT scanner, designing radiation shielding, adapting the CT room, delivering and installing a new scanner, integrating it with hospital information systems, and training staff on its operation.

The subject of the contract in this procedure includes in particular:
1) disassembly and disposal of the computed tomography scanner owned by the Ordering Party, Siemens Somatom Definition AS:
2) preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of the design of radiation shielding,
3) preparation and submission to the Ordering Party of project documentation to meet the functional and technical requirements set by the equipment and the Ordering Party's guidelines
4) carrying out adaptation works, including finishing works, in the CT room, consisting of adapting this room to the characteristics of the offered device in a manner enabling its installation and operation in accordance with the documentation prepared above and guidelines for carrying out the adaptation works
5) delivery of the scanner along with the equipment, installation, commissioning, conducting necessary tests and measurements, performing acceptance and specialized tests, and control necessary to obtain permission for the activation and operation of the device;
6) integration of the device with PACS information systems operating in the hospital;
7) training of doctors, technicians, nurses, and other staff of the Ordering Party in the operation of the device.

1) The technical parameters form constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ;
2) The description of adaptation works constituting Annex 2B to the SWZ;
3) The template contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ;
