Design and delivery of various management and soft skills programmes, varying in length between 0.5 and 2 days. Subjects will include (this list is indicative but not exhaustive): Team effectiveness, coaching skills, mentoring skills, influencing and communication skills, participating in change programmes, presentation skills, collaboration, self-awareness, decision making, managing risk, and assertiveness.
— Design and delivery of 6 month Front Line Manager development programme (current programme still in design phase).
— Provision of local team development support across the CAA as requested.
— Provision of company-wide performance management training for both managers and non-managers.
