The purpose of this contract is the development and implementation of a publishing chain for the invoicing of subscribers, as well as the publication of various paper media allowing a wider communication with subscribers, users and service providers of the Régie des Eaux du Pays d'Aix

The contract starts from the date of its notification for a period of 12 months. It is tacitly renewable for a period of 12 months up to a maximum of 4 years
