The purpose of the contract is the purchase of the SAR (Search And Rescue) service through ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance - broadcast) air traffic surveillance data received by satellite for the areas under the responsibility of the DGAC. This service will make it possible to retrieve the position data of an aircraft over the last 10 minutes of flight in order to launch rescue services in the right search area, it will be accessible through the purchase of access to the servers of the contract holder.
