The subject of the contract includes the delivery and assembly of 360 pcs. theatre chairs in the multifunctional hall in the auditorium together with obtaining a decision on the use of the hall in question.
The contractor's duties will provide and install theater chairs and notify in accordance with Article 56 of the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2351, as amended), the State Sanitary Inspectorate and the State Fire Service on the completion of construction and the intention to start its use and, in accordance with Articles 54 and 55 of the aforementioned Act, notify the Construction Supervision and obtain a decision on the use of the multifunctional hall.
The seats will be permanently equipped and will be permanently installed in the space of the room.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
- Annex 11 to the SWZ,
- design documentation,
- technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works
- bill of quantities (auxiliary form)
