1. The subject matter of the contract shall be the supply of five electric vehicles.
2. The contracting authority shall provide for a reverse procedure in accordance with Article 139(1) of the uPzp.
3. In view of the application of the procedure in Article 139 (1), the Contracting Authority shall not require the submission with the offer of the declaration referred to in Article 125 (1UPzp. The Contracting Authority will only request this statement from the contractor whose offer will be rated at the highest.
4. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
1. Brand new vehicles, manufactured in 2023, model currently manufactured by the manufacturer.
2. The Ordering Party shall not allow hybrid vehicles to be offered.
3. Vehicles of category M1, segment C according to SAMAR, with closed body (body code AC), 5-door, adapted to carry 5 people are required.
4. Vehicle approved in accordance with Article 70 of the Road Traffic Act.
5. Meeting the technical requirements set out in the regulations in force in Poland
for vehicles circulating on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 998, as amended) and executive regulations to this Act,
6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
7. The Contractor shall provide service to the Authorised Vehicle Service Station in the city of Łódź.
8. The delivery of cars will take place to the headquarters of the Department of Transport in Łódź, 21/25 Stokowska Street
by 15 December 2023
9. Transport and delivery costs shall be borne by the Contractor
10. Vehicles shall be brand new, manufactured in 2023, of the same model, version and variant, placed on the market, free from technical and legal defects
11. The Ordering Party requires an extract from the EC certificate of conformity for the offered vehicle.
12. The Ordering Party requires the presentation of folders and official catalogues of the manufacturer/importer of the vehicle prepared in Polish. These documents must prove that the requirements of point 1.4 of the Technical Specification for the vehicle have been met. These data should be distinguished in a transparent and legible manner for the Ordering Party.
13. In the absence of the required data in official catalogues or configurators, the Ordering Party shall allow the vehicle manufacturer or the Contractor to self-declare.
14. For the delivered vehicles, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide a guarantee without mileage limit for:
• mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle – min. 36 months;
• varnish coating – min. 36 months;
• perforation of body elements – min. 60 months;
• lithium-ion battery of the vehicle (batteries) for a period of min. 60 months
15. The Contractor shall include in the price of each vehicle the costs of four consecutive periodic inspections.
16. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, conduct training for users' representatives in the field of vehicle operation.
17. The Contractor may entrust the performance of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of entrusting the subcontractor with the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires an indication of the scope that it will implement with his/their participation.
