In preparation for the creation of freedom of construction, the settlement of new industrial / commercial companies and to avert danger in the area of road and track installations, the demolition of selected structural facilities, in particular pipe bridges in the old stock within the Schwarze Pumpe Industrial Park, is necessary.

In this context, the media lines running on the pipe bridges must also be dismantled or relocated.

First of all, areas / sections are selected, which are suitable for timely marketing due to the location within the industrial location. The sections defined for this purpose are visible in the site plan (Appendix B1). The pipe bridges to be considered have a total length of approx. 1,620 lfd. m.

It is intended to commission the planning services in defined work steps 1-7. The subject of the order is engineering services for the clearance / demolition of pipe bridges and the associated media relocations / fuses. The work steps are understood as necessary services that are to be provided in the sense of project planning/implementation based on the service phases 3 - 9 (HOAI) for the proper fulfillment of an order.

On the basis of the existing planning documents, the following engineering services must be provided. The following services / work steps are advertised:

Determination of hazardous substances / Preparation of disposal concept / Hazardous substances report

- Step 2

Development of the project subcamps for the application procedure, construction / project description, cost calculation / profitability study - design planning

- Step 3

Preparation / submission of the notification of demolition permit / demolition notification as well as participation in the application for nature conservation and environmental permits - Permit planning

- Step 4

Preparation of the specifications, participation in the implementation of the tender - execution planning and participation in the award of contracts

- Step 5

Local construction supervision

- Step 6

Specialist construction management and demolition documentation

- Step 7

Ecological construction support

The assignment initially only includes work steps 1-2. Work steps 3-7 are commissioned accordingly in further stages. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of work steps 3-7.
