1. The subject of the contract is "Construction and development of small interchanges and bicycle paths connecting them in Sosnowiec - stage II" - interchange junction 2: intersection of ul. Ostrogórska, Henryk Sienkiewicz, 1 May. "

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the ToR - Functional and utility program for interchange 2: intersection area ul. Ostrogórska, Henryk Sienkiewicz, 1 May.

3. The Awarding Entity provides for orders referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law Act consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in the scope of construction and building works, electrical works, sanitary works, teletechnical works and road works.

The scope of a similar order concerns demolition and preparation works, pavement, drainage, renovation of expansion joints, floors, wall and stair coverings, stairs, anti-graffiti protection, display cases, platforms for the disabled, lighting, handrails, monitoring system, roofing, bicycle path, signage horizontal and vertical, bicycle and bus shelter, bus bay, project documentation, felling and planting of trees and shrubs, replacement of lighting cable and other works specified in PFU.

The contract will be possibly awarded on the terms set out in the Public Procurement Law in a single-source procurement procedure, taking into account the following principles and price factors:

• for the valuation of works identical to the basic contract, the calculation will be based on the prices indicated in the detailed valuation referred to in § 12 point 6 draft contract;

• for the valuation of works not shown in the detailed valuation referred to in § 12 point 6 of the draft contract, no more than the average prices of materials from the last published issue number of Sekocenbud publishing house, and labor prices will not be higher than the average prices for the Śląskie Voivodeship, from the last published issue number of Sekocenbud publishing house, during the period of performing these works and in the absence of equivalents prices from invoices or purchase offers for materials and equipment rental not included in the price list. For this purpose, the Contractor shall present a cost estimate calculation made using a detailed method using cost estimate material expenditure standards.
