The procurement is a framework agreement in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts. The Customer does not commit to any order quantities when making the purchase decision and the procurement agreement.

Partial tenders are accepted. Late tenders will not be processed.

Procurement is carried out from companies selected as framework contractors. The municipality does not guarantee an annual procurement volume, but an order for work and supplies

to work sites happens as needed.

The prices of the offer must be valid for the entire period specified in the invitation to tender.

Prices must be reported excluding VAT. The municipality is covered by the reverse charge VAT on construction services.

An index increase in prices may be made once during the framework agreement period,

no earlier than 2024. In addition to this, one index increase can be made annually for option years. Index increases are made annually

by the end of March. The index to be used is agreed with the subscriber before the increase is made.
