The assignment consists of the following parts:
- Supplying, assembling, installing and delivering office and teaching furniture ready for use;
- The disposal of packaging material;
- The disposal of replaced furniture (at the request of the Contracting Authority);
- Maintaining and repairing office and teaching furniture.
Outside the scope of the assignment:
- Supply of furniture for specific training, such as barber chairs, etc.;
- Supply of special ergonomic furniture, which is purchased in exceptional cases (sit/stand desks are not covered by special ergonomic furniture);
- Maintenance and repair of the existing, current furniture.
Approximate € 200,000 excl. VAT per year
