Ekerö municipality intends to procure a municipality-wide diary and case management system.

The main use of the system is registration (record keeping) and management of cases, documents and meetings in the political process.  The system is used to give the municipality the right conditions to conduct legally secure and efficient work where incoming and established information is handled.

Current state

Ekerö municipality currently uses the system Platina for document and case management, registration and management of the committee administrative process and the Castor system for environmental and building permit management, which includes processing of applications, supervisory matters, detailed plans, etc.

Setup

Ekerö municipality plans to award the procurement in October 2023 and aims for a new municipality-wide diary and case management system to be operational and the implementation project completed in September 2024.
