This consultation concerns the performance of public transport services provided on demand, called "Nav'Aide", on the territory of the Community of Communes of Thann-Cernay.

The service consists in offering, to people with reduced mobility, an address-to-address service provided on demand. The Offer concerns the use of low-emission vehicles.

The tasks of the incumbent will be as follows: the technical and commercial operation of the transport service for persons with reduced mobility described in the specifications; special techniques; the provision (own resources or subcontracting) of the resources necessary for the service; vehicle maintenance; identification or flocking of vehicles on behalf of the service; dissemination of information materials; the sale of tickets on board vehicles; the management of staff assigned to the operation of the service; the provision and management of the reservation center.
