the present contract is a revival following an unsuccessful declaration of lots 16: Gtc and lot 19: Mobilier.Il is intended to:- build a new building housing 8 kindergarten classes and extracurricular activities, as well as housing for rent;- transform the kindergarten building to set up 6 elementary classes and a gymnasium;- renovate the envelope of the elementary building which will house 8 classes;- create an extension to the school catering building to house the changing rooms staff and transform the heating office;- a thorough overhaul of the surroundings integrating the greening of the elementary courtyard, the adaptation of the main access, the creation of a teacher car park and the renovation of the car park
