The Contract will be awarded to two contractors and two reserve tenderers on a Framework Agreement over a period of 5 years.

Tenderers must be aware that all quantities provided in the Schedule of Rates are for tender purposes only, and are subject to change throughout the life of the Framework.

NPT Homes approximate spend on External Boundary Treatment & Environmental Works is 15 Million GBP plus VAT. Works to be carried out include Fencing, Paths and Miscellaneous Works. The Form of Contract will be the NEC 3 Term Service Short Contract.

This Framework comprises the external works to approximately 8 000 properties in the Neath Port Talbot area. The direct award packages are expected to be, approximately 850 properties per contractor per year.

The successful Tenderers will be tasked with working with NPT Homes, each other, small and medium enterprises and all of NPT Homes stakeholders to deliver a best value, high quality works programme.
