All the premises and units of each of the centers, both exterior and interior, and all facilities and equipment will be subject to maintenance. Likewise, any maintenance work necessary to maintain the proper functioning and safety of the centers is included in its preventive, technical-legal, corrective, conductive and modifying aspects, including hygienic-sanitary operations and technical advisory tasks, document management and writing reports, measurements, memories and projects.

The comprehensive maintenance service that is the object of the contract includes all technical, administrative and management actions to be carried out during the operating cycle of the building and its facilities, aimed at conserving or returning them to the state in which they can perform the function for which they were built, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications.
