Construction of the first stage of Nowa Świętokrzyska Street on the section from Havel Avenue to Kampinoska Street.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the "design and build" mode entitled: "Construction of the first stage of Nowa Świętokrzyska Street on the section from Havel Avenue to Kampinowska Street". The task includes the preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works. This investment is intended for co-financing from the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, initial promise number Edition2/2021/5987/PolskiLad.

2. The scope of the procurement includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task, including the following elements:

1) I subject of acceptance – includes the development of comprehensive design documentation (construction design, executive design, STWiORB) along with obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the execution of works being the subject of the contract and execution of part of construction works, with a total value of design works and construction works constituting 60% of the total remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract;

2) II subject of acceptance – Execution of construction works not covered by the first stage of construction of Nowa Świętokrzyska Street on the section from Havel Avenue to Kampinos Street;

3) performing authorial supervision during the implementation of the investment.

In addition, if it will be necessary to perform other activities or obtain permits to perform design works or construction works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement, the contractor will perform these activities and obtain the necessary permits at its own expense and effort.
