1. The subject of the contract includes the successive delivery of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.

1. The subject of the contract includes the successive delivery of diesel fuel in the amount of 250 m3 with the place of delivery: Długoszyn 80, 69-200 Sulęcin.

2. Monthly delivery will be from 15,000 to 35,000 liters.

3. One-time delivery will be 5,000 liters.

4. According to the applicable PN-EN 590 standard, the fuel should have a filter lock temperature of a maximum of minus 20ºC in the winter period (from 16 November to the end of February), in the transitional period (from 1 March to 15 April and from 1 October to 15 November) it should have a filter lock temperature of a maximum of minus 10ºC, and in the summer (from 16 April to 30 September) it should have a filter locking temperature of a maximum of 0ºC.

5. The Contractor guarantees the high quality of the sold diesel fuel, meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727, as amended) on quality requirements for liquid fuels.

6. Each delivery shall be accompanied by a certificate of quality of the consignment of fuel supplied.

7. The contracting authority has estimated the quantity of the subject matter covered by the public procurement procedure. This quantity may change ± 20% in relation to the quantity indicated in point 1, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party.

8. The Contractor shall not have the right to assert claims against the Ordering Party for the order of diesel fuel in the amount less than specified in point 1.

9. The deadline for the partial order is 1 business day.

10. The ordered fuel will be used by the Ordering Party only for its own purposes.
