Maintenance includes preventive, planned (and where necessary) corrective activities aimed at meeting all legal requirements, carrying out maintenance advised by manufacturers and maintenance aimed at ensuring that all W installations function optimally.

The maintenance also includes a corrective component that is aimed at resolving malfunctions within the set deadlines. In addition, the rates to be specified in the price sheet apply.

Finally, the maintenance includes a best efforts obligation. OZHW is in charge of the replacement plan (MJOP) and the Contractor takes care of the implementation, with which the installations come to the level that OZHW has in mind, namely maintenance level condition 3 in accordance with the NEN-2767.

The scope of the assignment can be deduced from the maintenance specifications (see annex). In the current situation, there are 24 locations. No rights can be derived from the amounts in the table below.
