Description:
Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for multi-family housing in the Nowe Żerniki housing estate at ul. Tadeusz Brzoza in Wrocław.

The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the task: Construction of a multi-family residential development with services on the ground floor, an underground garage, land development, necessary technical infrastructure and connection to municipal networks on plots 62/54, 62/55, 62/37, AM-10 precinct Żerniki in Wrocław, together with accompanying works on adjacent plots. Detailed requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract and the rules of its performance are included in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference – Model contract

4.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the task: Construction of a multi-family residential development with services on the ground floor, an underground garage, land development, necessary technical infrastructure and connection to the municipal networks on the area of plots 62/54, 62/55, 62/37, AM-10, Żerniki precinct in Wrocław, together with accompanying works on adjacent plots.

Expected characteristic parameters determining the size of the investment:

- approximate area of residential premises: approx. 7,774 m2

- approximate total area of commercial premises: approx. 1 195 m2

- expected possibility of obtaining approx. 150 residential units.

- expected number of parking spaces: in accordance with the Local Development Plan for residential development

multi-family apartment requires the provision of at least one parking or garage space

per apartment and providing an adequate number of parking spaces within the plot boundaries

for commercial premises,

- number of above-ground storeys: the vertical dimension of the structure not covered with a roof, measured from

ground level near the building to its highest point, cannot be greater than 15 m.

In accordance with the provisions of the local plan, there are special architectural requirements and exposure of the buildings from the side of the areas marked with the symbol 1KDD. 4.3. Detailed requirements regarding the subject matter of the contract and the rules for its performance are included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and Appendix 4 to the Terms of Reference – Model Agreement.
