Procurement procedure for the use of a digital questionnaire for preventive examinations with comprehensible feedback to participants and reminder function

Brief description of the solution sought: The current focus of research at the Center for Preventive Medicine and Digital Health at the Medical Faculty Mannheim is to implement specific use cases in prevention through the use of existing digital solutions within the framework of funded third-party funded projects. Here, new applications are to be developed from existing digital solutions, the components of which can also be made available to other prevention researchers for non-commercial applications as open source solutions within the framework of the Medical Informatics Initiative in Germany. The solution sought should make it possible to collect a comprehensive digital prevention history of patients in an attractive way and to make the collected information available to the participants as well as to the physician with informative feedback. The desired solution must be made available with source code for non-commercial use in the context of research projects and for further development into open source solutions.
