As part of the ongoing modernization of the BAG headquarters, a digitized booking and display system for the new conference rooms is to be introduced, which makes central (previously manual) administration obsolete and, among other things, visually shows which rooms are occupied.
In a first step, the BAG conference rooms will also be equipped with interactive smartboards. In addition, other rooms / locations, such as the BAG branches, should also be equipped with new technology.
As part of the ongoing modernization of the BAG headquarters, a digitized booking and display system for the new conference rooms is to be introduced, which makes central (previously manual) administration obsolete and, among other things, visually shows which rooms are occupied.
Due to the possibility of self-sufficient (user-controlled) booking, the central booking office is to be omitted and replaced by a system whose software independently prevents double booking or room overcrowding and enables other room-related services to be used.
The BAG currently needs at least 12 digital door signs (minimum contract quantity) with an integrated / pre-installed room booking system.
The advertised services essentially include:
- The delivery of the digital door signs and suitable wall brackets (surface mounting),
- The provision of the necessary client-based application software for use under MS Outlook.
The tasks to be undertaken by the contractor in particular are described in more detail in Chapter B.1 of the service description and in Appendix 03a.
The Federal Office is also concerned with further renovation work, which may become effective in the course of 2020. For this purpose, further (up to a total of 50) digital door signs are provided.
The term of the framework contract should be 48 months.
