The Municipality of Rumilly has built a new cinema complex "Les lumières de la ville", which opened its doors on 15 March 2017.La Municipality owns the building but has delegated the management of this public service to Sarl Ecrans pour tous. This 1400 m2 cinema offers 516 seats spread over three screens (Room 1 - 274 seats, Room 2 - 153 seats, Room 3 - 89 seats), it has the Art et Essai classification with the label for young audiences. In 2022, it welcomed 73543 spectators. The Municipality wishes to acquire a laser projector for room 1 in 2024 and, if necessary, during the duration of the contract, a projector for room 3
