The contract is conducted according to an open tender procedure as provided for in Article R. 2124-2-1º of the Public Order Code. The form chosen for the performance of the contract is a single-attribution framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4-1º and R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code:

— lot 1: minimum amount: EUR 1 000 000,00 excl. VAT — maximum amount: EUR 5 000 000,00 excl. VAT;

— lot 2: minimum amount: EUR 700 000,00 excl. VAT — maximum amount: EUR 4 000 000,00 excl. VAT;

— lot 3: minimum amount: EUR 100 000,00 excl. VAT — maximum amount: EUR 500 000,00 excl. VAT;

— lot 4: minimum amount: 1 500 000,00 EUR excl. VAT — maximum amount: EUR 8 000 000,00 excl. VAT;

— lot 5: minimum amount: EUR 400 000,00 excl. VAT — maximum amount: 3 000 000,00 EUR excluding VAT;

— lot no. 6: minimum amount: 800 000,00 EUR excl. VAT — maximum amount: 4 000 000,00 EUR excl. VAT.

Work to maintain operational conditions of access and security equipment for technical management premises.

Work and maintenance of handling facilities under operational conditions.

Work and maintenance in operational conditions of vantellery and clearing facilities.

Work and maintenance in operational conditions of access hatches to automated management facilities.

Work on laying the access buffers to the sewerage network.
