Zuckerfabrik 21, 70736 Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt, Württ. State Theatre New construction of decoration workshops, engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, new construction of a workshop building for the decoration workshops of the Württembergische Staatstheater (WST) Stuttgart. As part of the renovation, modernization and expansion of the WST at the Upper Palace Garden, Stuttgart, the decoration workshops are to be outsourced to the sugar factory in Stuttgart, Bad Cannstatt. The outsourcing results in operational-logistical dependencies for WST. The new construction of the workshops is intended to absorb synergy effects that currently exist at the main location ("under one roof") and create a functionally optimal working environment. The new building is directly adjacent to the existing scenery warehouse of the WST and includes all the departments required to produce a complete stage set. The workshops should enable optimal, functional operation, be innovative, sustainable and equipped and built according to the latest state of the art. An integral, forward-looking and sustainable energy concept must be drawn up that considers all technical trades. Total area NUF 1-7 = 8,060 m²(R) + 182 m²(S), of which, among other things, locksmith's shop = 980 m², carpenter's workshop = 1,809 m², painting room = 1,976 m². A cost specification of approx. 40 million EURO gross (KG 300 + 400 incl. special costs according to DIN 276.1:2008-12) is planned for the construction task. It is planned to carry out the project using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method.
The intention is to commission specialist planning services for the technical systems conveyor technology according to Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI as well as special services of the service phases 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9.
