In the coming years, several large area developments will take place in the center of Heerlen. The municipality will focus on the redesign of the public space. We are looking for a designer (lot 1) who, in collaboration with an engineering firm (lot 2), makes integral and feasible designs for the "horizontal" public space. We work in phases: from SO (Spatial structure) to VO (and later – not part of this tender – Final/Technical Design).
