The IGS Stöcken in Hanover is to be expanded by a 6th platoon.

The basis of the planning is the standard room pr. of the LHH. This cannot be mapped in the existing building and requires a new extension with a gross floor area of approx. 3,150 m2. Due to the occupancy of the property, this cannot be on the Schulgel. arise. The new building is to be built on a plot of land opposite the city. Lot 1: The technical planning of the technical equipment for work phases 1 – 9 for

Plant group 1: Sewage, water and gas plants and plant group 7: Use-specific installations and

Process engineering plants (NTW area) according to § 53 HOAI.

Gradual assignment:

The order is placed in service phases. Service phases that the client does not commission to conclude a contract are subject to a condition precedent. The client reserves the right to limit the commission to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction project.

The client intends to call up further services - individually or as a whole - if the planning and execution of the construction work continues.

When deciding to call up further services, the client will take into account that this generally requires political decisions and the approval of the HU construction / construction documents.

There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases.

The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the other service phases if the client transfers them to him. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the gradual assignment.

Special services must be agreed in writing before execution.

For planners based in Germany, the HOAI in the version valid for the order must be applied.

In addition, the general terms and conditions for architects and engineers of the client are available under the access specified in Section I.3.

Lot 2: The specialist planning for civil engineering structures is to be commissioned

for structures and installations of the water supply and

Structures and wastewater disposal facilities in accordance with § 41 HOAI, No. 1 and No. 2, for service phases 1 to 9.
