2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ.

3. The required warranty period for the subject of the contract for the repair of playground and outdoor gym equipment and street workout facilities is 36 months.

4. The Ordering Party requires before signing the contract to lodge a performance bond - Details are included in Chapter XIII to SWZ

5.The contracting authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7) of the PPL Act consisting in the repetition of similar services - Details are included in Chapter I - GENERAL INFORMATION, paragraph 13 SWZ.
