The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction works for the investment entitled: Improvement of traffic safety through the extension of streets: Klonowa, Orląt Lwowskich and J. Piłsudskiego and intersections of streets: Batalionów Chłopskich from Malików, Bp. M. Jaworskiego from G. Zapolska in Kielce" Section 1 "Extension of Klonowa Street in Kielce on the section from Orkana Street to Turystyczna Street".

The subject of the contract is: Execution of construction works for the investment entitled: Improvement of traffic safety through the extension of streets: Klonowa, Orląt Lwowskich and J. Piłsudskiego and intersections of streets: Batalionów Chłopskich from Malików, Bp. M. Jaworskiego from G. Zapolska in Kielce" Section 1 "Extension of Klonowa Street in Kielce on the section from Orkana Street to Turystyczna Street". The scope of the above-mentioned investment will include m.in .:

(a) preparatory works, including m.in.:

• Measurement works,

• cutting of conflicting greenery,

• protection of trees and shrubs for the duration of construction,

• demolition works (demolition of elements colliding with the planned investment, i.e. a residential building, containers, fences, bus shelter, demolition of the surface, vertical signs, elements of road accessories);

(b) earthworks;

c) extension of the roadway of Klonowa Street with a length of approx. 600 m, on the section from Orkana Street to Turystyczna Street;

d) construction of municipal roads 19 KDD* and 11 KDD*;

e) construction of a turbine roundabout at the intersection of Klonowa Street and Orkana Street and roads 4 KDZ* and 19 KDD*;

f) construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Klonowa Street and road 18 KDD*;

g) extension of the intersection of Klonowa Street with Turystyczna Street and road 11 KDD*;

h) reconstruction of the intersection of Klonowa Street with road 17 KDD*;

(i) construction and reconstruction of parking spaces including the construction and reconstruction of manoeuvring roads;

j) reconstruction and construction of sidewalks with a width of 1.50 – 4.35 m;

k) reconstruction and construction of bicycle and pedestrian-bicycle paths with a width of 2.00 – 3.00 m;

(l) reconstruction and construction of individual and public exits;

m) reconstruction of public transport stops with bus shelters;

n) construction of elements of small architecture, i.e. benches, bicycle racks and waste bins;

(o) construction and reconstruction of road drainage;

(p) construction and reconstruction of street lighting;

(q) the construction of a technological channel;

r) reconstruction/protection of conflicting utilities networks and technical infrastructure, i.e. reconstruction and protection of power grids, reconstruction of telecommunications networks, protection and reconstruction of gas and water supply networks;

(s) the implementation of road markings, road markings and road safety devices;

(t) planting greenery;

(u) finishing works
