The technical parameters of the required subject of fulfillment are defined within the Technical Specification of the subject of fulfillment, which forms Annex No. 6a of the procurement documentation. The technical specification is prepared in English to eliminate interpretative discrepancies arising from the translation of English-language terms.
An integral part of the delivery further includes transportation to the place of fulfillment, installation, commissioning into the required operation, testing, training of operators, provision of instructions, etc. (for more details see Annex No. 7 (Draft Contract) of the procurement documentation). The contracting authority requires new equipment, not demo, refurbished, or previously used in any way.
