1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a server for backup, expansion of the disk space of virtualization servers along with the installation and launch of the supplied software on servers.
The subject of the order includes the delivery of:
1) Server – 1 pc.
2) SSD 3, 84TB – 8 pcs.
3) Server license – 3 pcs.
4) Server access license – 100 pcs.
5) SQL database license – 3 pcs.
6) License – operating system virtualizer – 1 pc.
2. The Ordering Party specified the required minimum warranty period for individual devices in Annexes 1A and 5 to the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 5 to SWZ - Technical parameters of the ordered delivery.
4. Other requirements are specified in the model contract, constituting Annex 4 to swz.

4.The gross offer price shall include all costs related to the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the model contract. The price must include the cost of delivery, assembly and installation, in accordance with Annex 5 – Parameters of the ordered delivery).
5. Required deadlines for the performance of the subject of the contract: according to the offer, not less than 90 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract and no longer than 150 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The duration of the contract specified in point II.2.7 of the announcement is the maximum period.
