Single award framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum or maximum, launched in grouping of orders Ville de Châteauroux/Communauté d'agglomération Châteauroux Métropole, the latter acting as coordinator. The market consists in the realization of:
— regular school transport services for students in the area of the agglomeration (five lots, nº 1 to 5), Châteauroux Métropole acting as organising authority having chosen to set up sequences to limit empty mileages and to optimize the use of vehicles. The concept of service corresponds to the realization, on a school day, of a circuit or two chained circuits during the school period: morning and evening on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays and Fridays, morning and noon for school Wednesdays;
— occasional and extracurricular transport services for students or beneficiaries, supervised by the City of Châteauroux (four lots, nº 6 to 9).
