This contract includes the provision of services in the form of a no-code or low-code SaaS platform that enables local authorities to digitize multiple simple processes themselves and handle them within the SaaS platform, so that the files that properly handled and monitored.

Digital service engine: no-code generic file follow-up system for local authorities. The contract will consist of two sub-contracts, namely two framework contracts that will be concluded by VERA APB and the Province of East Flanders, respectively, with the ultimate contractor.
