Vocational rehabilitation services. The Authority has a requirement for vocational assessment as part of the Individual Recovery Plan Development Course (IRP Dev Cse), one of the Core Recovery Events (CRE) within the recovery pathway. The aim of the IRP Dev Cse is to gather information about the serving person’s needs, abilities and aspirations and then use this to develop an Individual Recovery Plan. This plan, developed and owned by the soldier, but implemented with assistance from the Personnel Recovery Officer (PRO) and Learning and Development Officer (LDO), will focus the recovery towards an outcome, either return to duty or transition out of the services.
