The Satcen needs to award a direct service contract for the provision of internet access and data communication services.

The required solution shall consist of:

— 1 primary main line at 5 Gb/sec;

— 1 secondary main line at 1 Gb/sec;

— both the primary and secondary main lines need to be backed up by a single wireless link at 100 Mb/sec;

— 48 public IPs;

— service DNS hosting;

— monitoring and protection against distributed denial-of-service DDoS (always on up to 2G).
