Sound & Vision intends to contract one party for the staffing of the DigiHulplijn for the digital coexistence alliance for the project by means of a European tender. This concerns a number of Agents who answer the phone and possibly transfer / refer to the trained volunteers, the website, the local library, IDO points, social organizations, et cetera.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement over four years is approximately € 750,000 excluding VAT. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
