Package 2.1/23 Acquisition with development in forestry 01/02/03 (forestry: Przyborowice, Starosiedle, Dąbrowa)The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – The Act on Forests) covering works in the field of harvesting to be carried out in the Lubsko Forest District provides for the possibility of awarding contracts, referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract.
