Provision of forest management services in the Gryfino Forest District in 2023

(1) The subject of the contract are forest management services in accordance with Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests to be performed in the Gryfino Forest District in 2023

(2) Procedure: open tender for the Act of 11 September 2019 Public procurement law and implementing acts (contract with a value exceeding the EU thresholds).

(3) Proceedings conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) to (4) of the Public Procurement Law.

(4) Division of the order into 6 parts (Packages):

(5) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law in relation to each part (Package).

Forestry: Wołtyn, Pniewo

(1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests to be performed in the wełtyń forestry area, Pniewo in 2023.

(2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of annexes from No. 2.1 to 2.5.2 to the SWZ.

(3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 2.1 to 2.3.4 and 2.3.6 to 2.5.2 are estimates.

(4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

(a) Appendix No. 3.1. "Description of the technology standard for the execution of forest works" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the DGLP of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forest works" in organizational units of the State Forest (EZ.011.13.2022) and Decision No. 86 of the DGLP of 19 July 2022 on the amendment of the Annex to Decision No. 34 of the DGLP of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the forest work technology standard" in the organizational units of the State Forest (MZ. 011.4.2022);

(b) Appendix No. 3.2. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology in the RDSF in Szczecin adopted by Decision No. 64 of the DRDLP of 19 August 2022 on the introduction of the "Regional description of the forestry work technology standard" in organizational units of the State Forests subordinate to the RDSF in Szczecin.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

(5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

(6) The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract.

(7) The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors.

(8) In accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code.

(6) The Contracting Authority is entitled to order the Contractor an additional range in kind in relation to the total quantity of all activities priced in each of the items of the tender cost estimate forming part of the Offer (the “Option”). Details of the Options are contained in paragraph II.2.11) of this announcement.

(7) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years of the award of the basic contract. These orders will consist of a repetition of services compatible with the services which are subject to this contract and similar services in the technological aspect of their implementation. The scope in kind of services which are the subject of the contracts in question shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. These contracts will be awarded after a separate contract award procedure is carried out by free hand. The place of execution of the orders referred to will be the administrative area of the Gryfino Forest District.

Forestry: Borzym, Sosnowo

(1) The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests to be performed in borzym, Sosnowo forestry in 2023.

(2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of annexes from No. 2.1 to 2.5.2 to the SWZ.

(3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 2.1 to 2.3.4 and 2.3.6 to 2.5.2 are estimates.

(2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of annexes from No. 2.1 to 2.5.2 to the SWZ.

(3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 2.1 to 2.3.4 and 2.3.6 to 2.5.2 are estimates.

(2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of annexes from No. 2.1 to 2.5.2 to the SWZ.

(3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 2.1 to 2.3.4 and 2.3.6 to 2.5.2 are estimates.
