The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to acquire new standard and articulated buses with internal combustion engines for passenger transport.

"Goods" in this Framework Agreement means new vehicles whose characteristics are specified in the specifications.

The Goods are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting entity as defined in Article L. 1212-1 of the CCP.

The Framework Agreement was entered into by the CATP as part of its centralized purchasing activity as provided for in Article L. 2113-2 1° of the CCP.

It was passed according to the procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the CCP
