The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (ie: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, logging and skidding wood, fire protection, nursery management at the Rebizanta forest nursery, seed and selection, hunting management, meadow and agriculture management, tourist development and other forest management works, to be carried out in the Józefów Forest District in 2020. Object scope of the contract, detailed a description of the works (activities) and a description of the technology for performing individual forest works included in the subject of the contract is included in the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into 7 lots (hereinafter referred to as: "Package"). The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa section 1 and 2 PZP

The subject of this part of the contract is the implementation of services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and skidding, seed and selection, meadow and agriculture management, tourist development and other works in the field of forest management. A detailed description, material scope and location as well as a description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are included in the annexes to the ToR. The estimated size of the main services covered by this lot is as follows:

- logging: 7,316.00 m3

- woodcutting restoration and renewal in complex cuttings: 10.00 ha

- soil care: 62.39 ha

- corrections and additions: 0,15 ha

- mesh fencing renovation: 5,000 m

- securing youngsters using a repellent: 29.85 items

- tentative insect search in bedding: 12 items

2. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. The locations (forest addresses) where individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are planned are preliminary and may change during the contract, with the proviso that it will always take place in the area of the given part (Package).

3. The value of the basic contract (excluding similar services (50%) and the option right (20% of the value of the subject of the contract) as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at PLN 600 736.78 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the procurement of similar services as well as the option right, i.e. an additional material scope covering activities similar to those described in the description of the subject of the contract.

4. The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

5. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the event of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is required to indicate in its offer part of the contract (material scope) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide subcontractors' companies. Such indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the Offer, the contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.

The estimated size of the main services covered by this lot is as follows:

- timber harvesting: 27,741 m3

- logging: 27 740 m3

- early and late cleaning: 57.37 ha

- woodcutting restoration and restoration in complex cuttings: 22.60 ha

- soil care: 68.99 ha

- spraying: 10.51 ha

- corrections and supplements, supplements to natural renewals: 12.69 ha

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. The locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is planned is preliminary and may change during the contract, with the proviso that it will always take place in the area of the given part (Package).

The value of the basic contract (excluding similar services (50%) and the option right (20% of the value of the subject of the contract), as well as excluding the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at PLN 1 997 090.34 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the procurement of similar services as well as the option right, i.e. an additional material scope covering activities similar to those described in the description of the subject of the contract.

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

- soil contagion test: 60 pcs

- root undercutting: 70 ares

- seedling nursery: 7.20 ares

- plowing full of fallow: 600 ares

- removing seedlings: 1,200 pcs

- manual weeding in rows: 1 500 ares

- mechanical soil loosening between seedlings: 1 500 ares

- sowing seeds: 120 ares

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Employer reserves the right to make reducing, increasing and stopping the actions indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the order.

The value of the basic contract (excluding similar services (50%) and the option right (20% of the value of the subject of the contract) as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at PLN 212,625.17 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the procurement of similar services as well as the option right, i.e. an additional material scope covering activities similar to those described in the description of the subject of the contract.

The estimated size of the main services covered by this lot is as follows:

- soil preparation in advance: 1,160.66 km including:

• furrow plowing with an active plow: 590.28 km

• furrow plowing LPZ: 238.54 km

• soil preparation in a stripe cutter: 268.94 km

• soil preparation with a plow milling machine: 62.90 km

- mineralization of fire protection belts: 67.64 km

- mechanical grass chopping: 12.76 ha
