The Archiflow platform is currently in use at ASST Bergamo Ovest for protocol software, document management and administrative procedures. The aforementioned platform is essential to ensure the continuity of corporate administrative procedures and the digitized management of resolutions, tenders, contracts and transparency.
The offer must include:
- Telephone support service for users
- Remote assistance service
- Decisive intervention within 6 hours to restore normal functionality following malfunctions
- Evolutionary, implementation and perfective maintenance service (quantifiable in 20 days consumption per year)
The Offeror Company must have exclusive ownership of the Suite Archiflow source code.
