With qualitative professional home care in mind, Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg vzw believes that every employee should have an easy and safe smartphone available, a device that meets the quality and security requirements of the organization. Furthermore, Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg vzw counts on the ownership of the employee by taking into account the personal preference of the employee. In order to get a manageable mobile fleet, Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg vzw wants to encourage its employees to purchase a proposed device. By opting for "Choose your own device", the contracting authority gives its employees the freedom to purchase a device that suits them. A second advantage is that the employee often chooses a device that he already knows, so that it lowers the threshold.

The following requirements are set as primary for this assignment:

- offering a smartphone that meets the quality and safety requirements of the organization,

- simple ordering of the smartphone by the employee via a webshop, offered by the provider,

- efficient management of the fleet of smartphones: Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg vzw wants to work with a management portal in which it must be possible for the employee to build up a budget per month and choose for himself when this budget (in the form of an electronic voucher ) is used up,

- increased ownership of the user by matching the requirements of the device as closely as possible to the requirements of the individual user (option).
