The object of the contract is the start-up and management, in favor of the Municipality of Rho, for the modules indicated in paragraph 8 "Operating modules" of the Special Tender Specifications, of an application suite in SaaS mode:

- fully integrated and interoperable;

- in line with the digital transformation path;

- including:

- data migration services;

- staff training by areas of expertise;

- assistance and maintenance.

The contract, as detailed in the specifications, includes the following:

1. activation of a single, integrated and interoperable application suite, in ASP (Application Service Provider) / SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, accompanied by the necessary hosting services provided in a qualified data center and registered in the ACN "List of qualified CSPs" as well as ISO 27001 certified, in line with the reference regulatory framework below;

2. installation, activation and configuration services of this suite including all the required modules;

3. complete conversion service, including historical data, of the computer archives used by the procedures in use at the institution in the new application suite;

4. initiation of procedures with the converted and validated Administration data;

5. customization of applications, when different from the work processes of the Body, within the scope of the provisions of the relevant legislation;

6. training services for both technical and operational personnel in the use of modules;

7. corrective and adequate maintenance services;

8. system maintenance services of the application platform in the data center / cloud;

9. operational, application and consulting assistance services;

10. digital preservation services in accordance with the electronic documents managed by the application, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and complete migration of the digital preservation archive in accordance with the institution;

11. services for interfacing the suite with national enabling platforms (such as, but not limited to: ANPR, PagoPA, SIOPE+, SPID, CNS, CIE, eIDAS, SDI, App IO, PND, PDND, etc.);

12. provision of appropriate interfaces / web services for integration with applications that are not subject to migration within the scope of the assignment referred to in this specification or that will be developed and / or acquired in the future by the Body;

13. interfacing of management procedures and electronic payments with online services that are not the subject of this assignment.
