The framework agreements are intended to cover most of the contracting authority's continual need for consultancy services within the following 3 categories:

1) General planning/development;

2) Detailed development plan;

3) Technical planning.

The contracting authority intends to enter into 3 framework agreements with one tenderer per category.

Examples of services included in the sub-contract:

— area development plan,

— major complicated development plans with/without an IA.

(impact assessment)

— complex land use interests,

— project orientated planning: manage team/consultants in various disciplines, development and progress,

— transformation areas,

— analysis and review at municipal plan level,

— feasibility studies,

— location analysis.

Examples of services included in the sub-contract:

— prepare lesser complicated development plans,

— densification,

— dispensation cases,

— water and sewage framework plan,

— plan for handling matter,

— mobility plan,

— location analysis.

Examples of services included in the sub-contract:

— technical plans for planer for municipal facilities, and plans for green spaces and playgrounds,

— preparation of a description of amounts, in accordance with the standard,

— preparation of early phase calculations for the establishment of technical installations (option).
