For the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Culture (“StMuK”), there is a need to inform the general public about current processes and measures of the StMuK in the school context as well as on school topics in the form of campaigns that are close to time and citizens. The passing on of information to date is to be supplemented by modern forms of communication. Against this background, this procurement procedure is carried out with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with a contractor who supports the StMuK in the area of public relations and communication. On the other hand, the maintenance and further development of digital media operated by StMuK is not the subject of this call for tenders.
