The contract will be concluded with a team of at least the following competences: a construction company, agent, or a group of construction companies, whose company with the largest turnover on the operation is an agent, an architect registered with the Order of Architects, an independent thermal BET, a fluid BET independent, an independent BET structure, one or more design office (s) for the design, the OPC and the monitoring of asbestos removal, deconstruction and heavy rehabilitation work on real estate complexes including energy renovation, a landscape designer or design office specialized in landscape development in connection with the residentialization, any other economic operator allowing the grouping to enrich its skills, its capacity.
Candidates, agents or not, may be a member of only one group. A description of the project is available on the buyer profile.
The design-realization contract includes design, architecture and engineering studies as well as all state works. The heritage concerned is located in the heart of a priority district of the city's policy called Chemin Vert, inscribed in the ANRU 2 prefiguration protocol. This contract is a design-realization contract with the aim of:
— improve the energy efficiency of buildings: achieve a Cep90 kWhep /m
— improve accessibility to housing;
— to improve the living environment of tenants.
These improvements will be part of the anticipated commitments in the market.
The share of the estimated financial envelope for the operation is EUR 9 856 340 excluding VAT.
