The tender contest applies to a contract for data protection officer services.

Havforskningsinstituttet (HI) [the Institute of Marine Research] has decided to outsource the data protection officer service.

The tenderer shall offer a named data protection officer and a deputy. The estimated work scope constitutes an average position of 20 - 30 % per annum.

The data protection officer will have an independent, guiding and advisory role, and will report directly to the top management level of the Institute of Marine Research in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, article 38 no. chapter 3.
