Minimum requirements for the instrument:

• ionization source is capable of operating both in positive/negative ion modes;

• possibility to operate in linear and reflectron mode;

• pulsed ion extraction;

• mass range extending at least up to 500 kDa;

• mass resolution of 1000 FWHM or higher in linear mode and 20 000 FWHM or higher in reflectron mode;

• mass accuracy of 200 ppm or better in linear mode and 50 ppm or better in reflectron mode using external calibration;

• MS-MS capability;

• software for advanced polymer analysis and basic protein analysis, 2 licenses;

• the system must have warranty at least for 12 months;

• the policy for software upgrades and their pricing must be included;

• the instrument must be new one. No prototypes allowed;

• 10 steel target plates;

• a windows 10 computer to operate the instrument with all the necessary programs installed;

• the instrument is CE-marked.
