The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of consulting engineering services and surveying services.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured consulting engineering services and surveying services for approx. NOK 7 million excluding VAT per year for the last three years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the groups below. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Framework agreement

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with up to 3 tenderers in each group, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
