The subject of the contract is the purchase and transfer to the Ordering Party for paid use under the operating lease agreement for agreed leasing installments, during the term of the leasing agreement, from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the leased object:

A detailed description of the leased object is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ entitled "Description of the Subject of the Contract" (OPZ). The given technical and functional parameters given in the annexes to this specification are required.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and transfer to the Ordering Party for paid use under the operating lease agreement for agreed leasing installments, during the term of the leasing agreement, from the date of signing the protocol of receipt of the leased object:

A detailed description of the lease is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ). The technical and performance parameters specified in the annexes to this specification are required. Not having any parameter gives grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer.

2. Lease requirements and conditions

1) Delivery of the complete object of the lease, according to the description of the subject of the contract, set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ entitled “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ), to the office of the Ordering Party (PUK in Hajnówka, 4 Łowcza Street)

2) Operating lease, with the option of redemption by the Ordering Party, for 1% of the net worth of the lease subject, at the end of the lease.

The Ordering Party undertakes to redeem the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party shall be entitled to purchase the leased object, provided that all receivables under the leasing agreement are settled

3) Provide financing in the form of an operational lease under the following terms:

a) initial rent (initial fee): 200.000 net + VAT,

b) 59 monthly leasing installments: payable each time by the 25th day of the month, based on VAT invoices to the bank account indicated by the Contractor, in variable installments calculated on the basis of 1M variable WIBOR rate, in force on the last day of the month preceding the date of payment of a given installment, throughout the leasing period, with all installments payable in subsequent monthly periods, in accordance with the schedule of repayment of leasing installments provided by the Contractor.
