In order to meet the investment needs of the 36 member municipalities, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine (Pmmcu) wishes to launch a mixed multi-awardee framework agreement, with a part with purchase orders and a part with subsequent contracts, in terms of drinking water networks and wastewater and rainwater treatment. This contract is envisaged with no minimum amount, with a maximum annual amount of 10,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT to be distributed among a maximum of 3 successful tenderers (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). This maximum amount of 10,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT will be the same for each renewal period. This multi-awardee framework agreement is subject to the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code
